OUR STANDARDS AND ACCREDITATIONS
We are serious about what we do and take pride in complying with industry standards. The gas and electrics are tested and certified in all of our properties and all of our homes comply with energy efficiency standards.
We are accredited by DASH (Decent And Safe Housing); members of the National Registered Landlords Association (NRLA), East Midlands Property Owners (EMPO), Northampton Student Landlord Network (NSLN) and Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); and approved by the University of Northampton. All of our student properties have West Northamptonshire Council licences.
ENVIRONMENTAL
We know that housing has a large impact on the environment. All of our homes have double glazed windows, LED lighting, thick loft insulation and energy efficient boilers and controls.
We do what we can to improve the energy efficiency in all of our properties, and we will be investing over the coming years to insulate better and to reduce emissions even further.
To help offset our carbon footprint, we're planting 24 trees every month. Plus, for every new tenancy, we will plant a further 25 trees! Every year we will be helping to save around 30 tonnes of carbon.
